Homemade Vanilla Wafers – so excellent

January 2015 – 44 Tbs
February 2015 – 42 Tbs
March 2015 – 127 Tbs
April 2015 – 43 Tbs
May 2015 – 30 Tbs
June 2015 – 37 Tbs
July 2015 – 43.5 Tbs
August 2015 – 102 Tbs
September 2015 – 96.65 Tbs
October 2015 – 121.6 Tbs
November 2015 – 159.3 Tbs – November wins the prize – not a surprise, really.
December 2015 – 145.5 Tbs

991.55 Tbs = 123.91875 sticks = 30.9859375 pounds

I mean, really? 30 friggin’ pounds – this might be something you really don’t want to keep up with in the long run. Or it is just slightly strange.  I do not want to apply the economics to this since butter was ridiculously expensive this year (about $4 or so per box) – nor do I doubt it will be less expensive next year. But if I do, I do not think I will tell the MotH. Yep, better not.

Thank you the two companies that keep me supplied and gave me my butter fix  – yep sounds like a crack habit, but …  Publix and Land o’ Lakes.
